Shipping Information for Canadian Customers
  Shipping within Canada via Canada Post ExpressPost ranges from $10.00CAD to $12.00CAD.  ExpressPost provides full insurance, a tracking number, and a guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

  USA - Our Biggest Customer!
99% of Urban Bike Tech's business is with the United States (thank you New York, California, Colorado, Oregon and Illinois - our biggest client states).  Our shipments cross the border smoothly via the Canada Post/USPS interchange are not assessed import duties. 

General Information
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and is based on actual weight and distance. There are no hidden handling fees - you pay actual shipping. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Shipping Methods
In an attempt to keep shipping to the USA reasonable while still offering e-commerce must-haves like insurance and tracking, we're offering two shipping methods. All orders be shipped the next business day.

    Canada Post Expedited Parcel
    Shipping to the United States via Expedited Parcel USA ranges from approximately $12.00USD for the East Coast to $15.00USD to the West Coast. Expedited Parcel USA provides full insurance, basic tracking, and a service standard of approximately 6-8 business days to the East Coast and 10-12 business to the West Coast.
    ExpressPost USA
    US Customers will also have the choice at checkout to select ExpressPost USA. Over and above the features of Expedited Parcel USA, this method provides guaranteed delivery within 3-6 business days anywhere in the Continental USA and full-featured package tracking. To give you an idea, shipments to NY and IL are 3 business days, and OR and CA are 6 business days.

What is the return policy?
  ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED

We want you to be happy with your Pitlock products.  Unopened and unused Pitlock products may be returned within 50 days for a full refund less the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee (except if the error is our fault) to cover the cost of the shipping materials, printing, time ect...

Simply contact Urban Bike Tech via email or telephone (see below) in order to receive return authorization.  Ship the package via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International (Do NOT use UPS) to:

All returns for refund, exchange, or replacement must be returned within 30 days in an unused and or uninstalled condition. Please use and include all the original manufacturer’s packaging and your receipt or other proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise.

All returns must be shipped pre-paid; we do not accept CODs or send call tags. BUT, if we were at fault, we will happily refund your actual ground shipping costs (not including handling, packaging or other fees). Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable.

Once the package has been received, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited within 72 hours.  Please note that it may take up to a full week for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
