 1. Urban Bike Tech deals with Pitlock products and only Pitlock products. My attention is focused on Pitlock and not a multitude of other product lines. I can guarantee that what you order is what you will receive, and you will always get my special attention!.

 2. I will personally take care of any special orders. Shipments are ordered each month to fill any special orders. Need a matching Pitlock set for your second bicycle, no problem! You can expect to have your special order within one month, often sooner depending on our re-order schedule.

 3. You will never have to worry about losing your key. Your order will be kept on file (securely) so that even if you lose your paperwork or receipt, I will be able to reorder your key for years to come.

 4. Not sure what you need, send an email or call. I will personally reply within four hours Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm (EST). On weekends (I am a cyclist too), you can expect a reply within 24 hours (usually much less).
