- Now Available: Finally! A 30.0mm Pitlock seatpost clamp for your Surly frame.
As of September 5, 2009 we were finally able to source a seatpost clamp that will work with 30.0mm seat tubes. This is great news for Surly owners who, up to now, had to make do with just the wheel and headset locks. The new clamp uses one of Pitlock's locking V-brake bolts as the binder bolt.
Please note that this shopping cart item is for the stock 30.0mm Identiti seatpost clamp with a regular binder bolt. It does not include the v-brake bolt.
For this reason, we've had to modify our stock package to swap in a V-brake bolt for the usual seatpost skewer. The new, Surly-specific set is sold as a package including the seatpost clamp.
